These two boys are definitely a joy to spend my days with. They are a true gift from God and every day I’m reminded of His love through them. Some days are way harder than others (Leland seems to be going through the terrible twos right now-eeek!!) but every day is so worth it. I know that investing my time and energy into their little lives is so worth it. I know that saying no to opportunities right now will be worth it. My mom encouraged me tonight through two text messages. One said “Success is having a great family” and the second one said “It’s not having a divided heart.” My prayer is that I keep that in my mind as I go throughout the day-to-day mundane. When I put my whole heart into where I am in living each moment, I will find peace and joy.
